Logins and Hosting Cheat Sheet

Here is a list of how to ask for WordPress logins and the popular hosting companies.

WordPress:

We need an ADMINISTRATOR level login for the WordPress site

If they have a different login than /wp-login.php (They will typically say /wp-admin and that is okay) we will need the login. 

They can also add <ENTER DEFAULT USERNAME> as an ADMIN user and use the email address <ENTER DEFAULT LOGIN EMAIL>

If they have a WordPress Multi-site account we require super-admin access to the site.

Hosting:

We will need an (S)FTP minimal for the site. We can also ask for the “hosting” logins. 

Specific Hosting Access: Always use the email address <ENTER DEFAULT LOGIN EMAIL>
